I'm new to San Francisco and am coming up to my 15k service. I was wondering if anyone could suggest fair and good quality place in the City.

I have heard very bad things about San Francisco Honda, specifically their service department.

Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale has been a good supporter of the Bay Area s2000 community.

I just did my 7.5k service at menlo today everything went smooth. Advisors were very helpful and everyone treated me with respect.

In time all will be good (I hope). Chuck has been tremendous through all of this with me. He has torn apart my motor on his dime, rented me a car for 10 days and basically has taken my car in as his personal project. Chuck and Menlo are the best. Any other dealer would have laughed at me when they popped the hood and saw my blower and my messed up engine.

 

I think Menlo will do what ever they can for you... I had an amazing experience with them on the retrofit of my top from 01 to 02... Will Ho was a god-send!
