Hey guys,

Getting prepared for the track season, and I was wondering if anyone had found any local tire dealer that could get or maybe even have some instock Toyo R888 or RA-1's. I'm looking for 225/45/17 and 255/40/17.

I was thinking we should start a thread on the best places to do your tire shopping, specifically for performance tires, but I don't know how much interest it would get.

Just a FYI, Discount Tire has Nitto NT-01's in their warehouse's across the Bay Area, they can get most of them the following day after you order it. Prices are reasonable, around $900 mounted and balanced with tax for the NT-01's in the sizes that I just listed (225/255).

Anyone have a hook up or even just a place that might have them instock?

Les Schwabs can get Toyo's. Not sure on pricing though

Besides AIM Tires, I don't know of any shop that is going to stock them, but Auto Innovation can definitely order them for you.

RA-1's are only available in very limited sizes now.
