did we figure out what we are going to do about the bbq?? or are we just going to bring money and buy food from their vendors?

I'm working with Sonoma Raceway right now on food. I'll keep you posted on the outcome ASAP. Trying to keep everyones costs down as much as possible. Right now we are in the paddock, with parade laps, for free. =)

Awesome job! My neighbor does large scale bbqs if it doesn't work with Sonoma.

Doesn't NAsa charge a gate fee when they rent a track? I might be wrong but I thought I remembered this being the case at an event I "attended" once.

I've never known NASA to charge any gate fee, but I'll double check.

Working out food with Sonoma, I'll keep everyone posted with pricing.

Even after already bringing up possible costs MULTIPLE times, it's now been brought to my attention that there is a $10 "gate fee". I'm working on mitigating that if possible. I'll keep you guys posted.
