Ok, so I finally received word for the Laguna seca meet. All the info sounds negotiable and affordable. I will post a new thread about the meet and all the info. If we can get close to 100 cars... The cost per person will be around 5 dollars or less. And I will find out about the BBQ as well and put that in the thread.

As of right now, the meet will happen on September 28, 2014.

more affordable than a permit that will require $1000-$1500 and months in advance. thanks for following up!

S2kREIM are you taking the lead and organizing the megameet this year? If so, thanks a lot I'm pretty busy with work and don't follow the thread as much or attend s2k meets as much anymore. Hopefully we can reach 100 s2000 in one location. Set it up!!

Yeahm I don't mind taking the lead and organizing it this year. I hope to hear by tuesday on the bbq, once I get the response... I will post the event in a new topic.
