Hey guys,

Sorry for the short notice, but what is the general feeling for hosting a meet this year? I have a feeling it'll be slated for August or September?

not gonna be able to make this one, given your tentative date. either way, should try to organize some sort of activities, so people aren't just milling about staring at each other in little cliques.

The dates and location can always change. Nothing is set in stone at the moment. It can be held in September if people need more time.

September would be best. I wanted to make it last year but I was in Europe and this year, actually in a week and a half, I will be travelling to Peru..... September or end of August?

I agree September would probably be better for most.. I'm busy so far every weekend in August with the exception of one.

Its impossible to set a date that everyone will be able to attend. I agree that you should propose a date at least a month out to let the list build.
