Any gun enthusiasts/collectors here?

Very nice handgun to start off with. I just got out of the military, and I was going to get the same P226 but in a .40 cal But much more expensive than the 9mm. Very good one to start off though. You wouldn't really need anything extra, I'm guessing you got 2, 15 round mags with it. I would just got with MAYBE 1 extra 15 round mag and just rounds for it. Those can add up pretty quick at the range. Don't really need much more for it, unless you like to fire at low light (then get night sights, but not many ranges let you fire at low light conditions unless your a part of the club) and all the other special stuff might get you in trouble and you'd have to find a gun smith to do. Congrats!

I've shot over 5000 rounds through my Kimber Pro Carry 2 .45 of a company called Load-X and can probably count on 1 hand how many non fires i've had. You can find them at most local gun shows and for a box $500. Expect to pay about $75 or so for that brick. Any good ammo, i.e. NOT WOLF, you'll be fine. Anyway, nice piece!!!! Welcome to the dark side.

Good info on the ammo. The Blackwater comes with 5 10 round mags, night sights and an extra grip (has wood grip installed). Wish I could get 15s. What are some good ranges you go to practice? Went to Target Masters for lunch today and fired an HK USP 45 and a Springfield XD 1911. First time with a 45 cal.

I usually shot at Target Masters because they are open late. Jackson Arms in SSF is nice and I occasionally go to Concord Sportsman Club in Concord because its outdoors and has ranges up to 100 yards for shooting rifles.

Target Masters is good cause its indoor and well taken care of. I personally go http://www.chabotgunclub.com/ here because its close to my house and they have a 200 yard range for the big boy stuff.

Very nice mature tank, good mix of Softies, LPS, and Clam.
We should do another range day. I've only got 2 handguns (H&K USP 45 and Glock 19).

Nice guns. I shot the HKS USP 45 the other day. Nice Glock too. Didn't get to fire one yet but my friend has a nice collection.

Thanks. My tank isn't doing as well since the move earlier this year. Battling hair algae and the Kenyas, Xenias and anemones have over taken the tank. When I upgrade, I want to try and SPS dominant tank.
