Default Any gun enthusiasts/collectors here?

Just bought my first hand gun, SIG P226 Blackwater 9mm. I'm a little worried that it's going to keep sucking money from me and away from my other hobbies (e.g. cars, computers, reef tanks).

Nice handgun, 226 is used by SpecOps. As far as continuing costs, I think the most I've spent was on extra mags and getting ammo.
That shouldn't take away to much from you other hobbies, which by the way is similar to mine

Speaking of which, do you have a reef tank now?

Nice choice. My friend owns one too, and likes it more than his beretta or glock. I'm interested in getting a handgun sometime soon; are you planning to go to any firing ranges?

Thanks for the info. Had buyers remorse but feeling better about the purchase. First gun. My friends are into cars as well as guns and I didn't see the attraction. Looking forward to shooting it. What's a good brand of ammo? Been to a firing range before and enjoyed it. Still have my reef tank (over 4 years old). Here's an old pic from last year. Since then, my anemone split some more and now I have 6 in the tank between 6" -8" across. Need to move to a bigger tank but waiting to buy a house and installing an in-wall tank.

I have a few.

beretta 92FS 9mm,
S&W .38 revolver,
a .22 Walther knock off, .
22 bolt action rifle that my Dad got when he was 8yo,
a 410 single shot shot gun,
High standard Model 10 Series B riot 12gauge slug gun,
Stogier 12gauge coach gun

I still want a 1911 45. I just need to research more on them.
