There is a great Korean restaurant in japantown that i went to this saturday. Its called Seoul Garden.

Heres the info:

8 people costed us like 230 so yea, it depends on how much you want to spend. All we did was eat a lot of meat and what not. Actually it was pretty much all meat. Hope this helps.

I'd go to Brother's on 4th and Geary. Not much of an atmosphere, but it's the best Korean BBQ. in town. There's usually a lot of Koreans there and a bit of a wait. But she'll think you're in the "know"

Wood Charcoal Korean BBQ on geary near park presidio by the Jack in the Crack is pretty dope.
I also like the one at J-town in that corner by the Safeway Parking Lot.
Dang Pimp, is this a new lady??

Anyhow just juice her up with soju and Haite beer man.

I also recommend Brother's on Geary... There's 2 of 'em. The only problem is, I don't know if they're gonna let you cook tabletop if there's just 2 of you...

There's also a really good one across the street from the J-town plaza with big wooden doors. The restaurant is up a flight of stairs, if I remember correctly. Can't remember the name, though.

My personal favorite is Kublai Khan's on polk... insanely good, if you go at night watch out though, it's over a karaoke bar.
