Any cheap "Test Only" smog place in South Bay?

My car needs a smog check, and I have to take it to a "Test Only" station. Any good and cheap place down in the South Bay (SJ, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, MV)? The cheapest I found so far is $50 including certificate. Thanks.

Beacon on the corner of Snell and Capitol.
I got my rx7 smog with certificate for $40

Is this a "Test Only" station? I can get smog test for $30 + certificate at a regular test station. But this time, I have to take it to a "Test Only" station and I don't know why but they charge quite a bit more, just because they know the DMV will send customers their way.
