Right now my remorse is that I don't have more time to drive the thing.

Well said! I might add that this happens repeatedly.

Some things I've noticed:

1) In the morning, the transmission is a bit notchy. At noontime though, it apparently has warmed up and is smooth like butta.

2) I keep telling myself to stop pampering it since the 7 yr extended warranty should take care of any long term problems.

3) I go out of my way to find those nice curvy roads. Straight roads are boring!

please don't rain this weekend..

foolio, I'd watch the roads this weekend. It hasn't rained in 5 1/2 months around here so the roads are gonna be slick slick slick plus other drivers aren't going to be 'tuned in' to the wet conditions yet.

BTW, how long/how many posts before you can get a custom avatar?

I did 750 in the first 2 days, and 1500 the first week.

I think around 25. I've heard The Corner is a good place to increase your post count...

I too just took delivery of my 2003 Silverstone. Got it last Thursday after about a two week delay due to the dockworkers strike.

Put 750 miles on it since last Friday. Driving to Monterey and back certain helped but I must admit I did violate the breakin rules when I VTEC-ed it with just under 500 miles. I was passing a Sentra SE-R who was trying to close the gap on me coming up HWY 1.

This thing is a f*ckin grin machine!!!
