Some of use were climbing on top of the hangar where the winery was without permission...

I don't think that is an anti-aircraft gun.

Looks very similar to this 5" anti-ship gun mounted on Fletcher-class destroyers.

from what i saw Lido's widebody gpw ap1 shut things down.
Any pics?
i only got a couple crappy cell pics, which wouldn't do it justice, so i'll leave it up to the photogs in here to post some more respectable pics. there's a shot up there of his front wheel & brake set up, Advan RS w/Spoon calipers. not sure what rotors he has. it's a really clean car. thank God, he didn't put some Altezza tail lights on it though. he loves those. LOL

that GPW Ap2 w/the Amuse front bumper, Mugen hardtop, & polished CCWs was pretty clean too. i would have liked to have checked out more cars, but got there a few minutes before all the photo taking. i still can't believe how many GPWs there were & are. when i was shopping for mine, everyone kept telling me how rare they are, but now that I have mine, I keep seeing them everywhere. i'm gonna paint mine candy purple or something. hahaha

The GPW crowd is way over represented at events, as GPW only accounts for 7% of all S2000 produced.

got there late, so didn't get to check out very many cars. was a pretty cool event. nice to see and meet owners of all ages and backgrounds. thanks to the organizers. event planning isn't easy or fun.

from what i saw Lido's widebody gpw ap1 shut things down. mugen'd berlina ap1 was pretty clean too. was happy to not to see too many herra frushed rides. lol
Linh and Tommy's GPWs are so clean. 2 very well executed builds. Attention to detail was not overlooked.
yup, Linh sure doesn't cheap out on his stuff. i like that he's not a jdm fanboy, like some guys, tho. his parts are all quality ones, but from various makers. didn't get a good look at Tommy's, esp since he had to cut out, but he does have great taste in wheels. LOL

My pics are posted here. If you want something without my name on it, send me a PM.

What amazed me more than the sheer number of GPW cars was how many of them were fitted with hardtops. I guess those guys don't like the sun!

I was also impressed that no fenders were bent during the reshuffle for the group photo- great job organizing by Tom and kudos to everyone else for watching where they were going

Some pics:

Next time I'll get yellow...

Mine

Really great location!

Yellow...

Where were the NFR's??

Next time I'll go on the roof...

Maybe a bit but can you really complain about having too many S2000's I can't although I must admit I was questioning if there were any impostors lol
