I'd actually chime in and say to avoid their new car sales department also.
When I was buying my S, I went around the Bay Area looking for a good price. Anderson Honda is the only place that actually offended me during the negotiation process.
Somehow I got talked into giving my offer first. I asked to buy at $30500 or so. This was based on the fact that I had an offer from another dealer at $31000. The sales lady countered with a ridiculously high price (MSRP+3k or so). I don't remember what number it was exactly, but it was so high I was in shock, so I sat there with my mouth open for like a minute. I should have walked as soon as she gave that initial counteroffer.
Sales lady: "Are you actually thinking? Or are you just sitting there? I'm a busy person, I have other stuff to do."
Me: "That's just so high I don't know what to say."
Sales lady: "Well, then give me a counter offer. You know how this game is played."
Me: ??
So I stupidly gave another offer at $31000 (which is an offer I already had from another dealership).
Sales lady: "That's it? A measily $500? You're not a serious buyer at all, are you?"
Me: "I actually think this is a reasonable offer."
Sales lady: "I know your game! I'm not gonna play this game. I'm not Chinese! You're wasting my time!"
Me, pissed now: "Well, I don't think this is going to work; thanks for your time anyway."
At which time I collected my stuff and left the dealership. I then bought my Suzuka later that night from Stevens Creek Honda. Take that you crazy Anderson Honda sales lady!
Seriously, after this experience, I will never go to Anderson Honda again for new car sales or for service.
Your mileage my vary.

i guess i should put in my $0.02...
when i looked for my last honda, i went through capitol honda, anderson, larry hopkins, stevens creek and south bay.....here's the summary
anderson: nice internet sales but price high
capitol: met an honest internet sales (oxymoron??) who gave me insider info on buying and leasing. price is also high
larry hopkins: what a joke...sales guy said they're moving away from internet fleet and going back to floor sales...price and supply sucked
stevens creek: cool internet sales but high price
south bay (previously los gatos): cool internet sales and lowest price (no BS)
i'm sure this summary changes based on sales interaction and car....

one should always buy cars through the internet department...send emails to the nearest 15 or so dealerships and ask for a quote and the EXACT model you want (and any other info you want like mileage, etc)...then select your dealeership and go in and buy the car...no negotiating...got my MY04 GPW with no options/accessories this way

I bought my car through Anderson Honda Internet Department early 2003.
I emailed other dealerships, but Anderson Honda was the only Dealership
that was willing to work with me. The guy that was helping me told me to
come in for a test drive, so I did. I went in to fill out the paper work, I wanted
to buy at invoice. Sales guy laugh at me and said he couldn't do that. So,
I left. Couple of days later, he email me asking if I purchase my car.
He wanted to know what it would take. He said he couldn't sell it at invoice, I said,
how about $500 over invoice, after going back and forth, the deal went through.
He was even able to find a Berlin Black from another dealership, while other
dealership was not able too.
