I just bought something this morning and saw that they charge CA sales states now. Read that CA now is trying to sue anyone to try to get as many revenue that they can to pay for union pensions shortfall.

But the order should be direct from Amazon, since they are waving shipping charges for +$25 orders.

They are rolling out free shipping to their seller program, where it's fulfilled by someone else. If you wanted to take a picture of the invoice for us to review that would be helpful. Just blur out your mistresses name so you don't get in any trouble.
