I have never attended any of your meets or drives... I think since I got my S I've attended only one event and it wasn't an S2K meet... I use to do allot of that with the Cobra Club. I came pretty close to getting busted for street racing and show boating, so I slowed up a bit.
Now that I sold my Cobra and I am a proud owner of an S, I would like to do some of the stuff that was a lot of fun without the risk of getting busted.
I am wondering, do you guys do any poker runs? They are allot of fun and a good chance to win money... The best part of it is that you don't have to be the fastest or be the first to cross the finish line to win. The driver with the best poker hand wins wether he/she is last, first or in between... I don't know if any of you would be up for that?
After the run the we eat, drink and be merry. Destinations can be places like Santa Cruz Board Walk, Monterey, Sausalito, or any hot spot like Hoooooters... Just a thought... In any case I like to meet all you some time. I guess one of this days, time allowing, I will show up to one of the drives/meets... My S is still pretty stock so it won't be nothing to look at, just another Silverstone on the road.
