No I think the pricing for this is dead on. Its the OEM hard tops that are over priced. If you consider their commonality and materials value they aren't worth as much as they are often posted up for. $3k for a rare hard top that had to be imported from japan to here is reasonable. $3k for a hard top that is fairly common in almost every community is unreasonable. The thing is that people are paying those marked up prices for the OEM hard tops so it makes the truly expensive assets seem cheaper.

Saw this a few days ago. That price is a tad bit lower than what the going rate is on the street. Back then, $2800 for a Mugen top was considered expensive; now its cheap/good deal. Just goes to show how well the value of our $$ is doing.

If I was in the market for a Silverstone Mugen FRP top, this would be my pick & from the pics it looks authentic. Would be able to tell better in person. Hopefully he has all the OEM hardware & its all included .

My top is good condition with a few very small knicks. The rear window needs to be buffed out it is not perfect.

I bought Frank's Authentic Mugen FRP, painted BB, for over $3200... $2800 seems pretty cheap. This is assuming it came with all the OEM hardware. Maybe it was missing the hardware which is around $450 new? Mugen HTs come with OEM weather seals as well.

I'm probably gonna sell the HT though because I never use it. PM me if you're interested.
