If I want to sell it firm then I would list it as "$........... firm"
If I want to ask for a certain price but open to negotiation then I would list it a little higher than original price to give room for bargaining. then list it as "obo" Feel me?

Who cares? Most of the people on this site just post "make me an offer DON'T LOWBALL!" How about you just put up what you're looking to get for what you're selling, and we go from there? Don't be a tool, and you won't get lowball offers.

When I buyer offers you money, he is telling you what the value is to him.
A good way to eliminate the hassle for everyone is to post your price.

Quit your complaining, post fair prices and ignore unacceptable offers.

it doesnt really matter to me. thats just life, people always gonna want to come up on a deal. if you dont sell it. someone else will buy it sooner or later. it just all depends on how fast you want it to go.
alot of people buy and dont buy from me, and thats fine. you win some, you lose some.
and you just have some people that are just plain broke.
