Default Alignment shop in the east bay..

Anyone know of a good shop to get my alignment done out in the concord/vallejo area? Would even go as far south as pleasanton.

Thanks!!

Dublin Honda did a really good job with mine, and they are not even very overpriced. I bent something linked to the front right wheel when I hit a very large rock, and they managed to get it close to specs without preforming the necessary repair and it still tracks straight.

I had a hard time finding anyone that knows how to align it. The shops that had it in the computer said that thier equipment did not support it, and the other shops did not even have it in the computer.

The fronts are wearing pretty fast though, so I will have them fix the bent part when I get my tires mounted. Hoping they will match Tirerack's price or let me drop ship my tires to their shop.

I have always thought Wheel Works did a pretty good job until they had to call and ask me the specs after mounting my new S-02's (bought from Tirerack). Said it was not in their computer, so I got the numbers from this Board. Would have to go with a dealer (Honda that is ) on this one.

Add another vote for Dublin Honda. They charge $79.00 and have done enough S2000's to know what they're doing. Make sure you make an appointment because they usually have a backlog of a couple of days.

They aligned my car the last time I put new tires on it. I had Tire Rack send the tires to my home, then just dropped them off when I took the car in (tires in the car that was my ride back home).

C 2 Automotive in Oakland did a great job with my car.
They had already done a couple of S2000's that morning
for some autoX'ers.

Yellow Pages show them at 1009 7th St., 510-272-9869.

Scott, did they mount the tires for you for free?
If not, what did they charge for mounting?

(I haven't called them yet... no time to deal with it....)

updated (7 years later) -- i had been a C2 Automotive customer in the past ... just found out they went out of business, so if you come across this thread, cross them off your list.
