I live in South San Francisco, and want to know of some good places you guys can recommend that install alarms. Any place in the Bay area is fine, but I am looking for a really good shop that knows what they are doing. I don't mind paying a little more as long as they do the job right, since I've had some bad experiences with some of the "cheaper" shops. Thanks.

AMS Car Stereo in Campbell did mine & a friend's S2000, nice clean job. Mine was a very elaborate install and took some time, my friend's was much simpler and quicker.

May be a bit of a drive for you, but at least you know they have experience doing S2k's

p.s. with any installer, it really helps them if you already have the service & electrical manual to leave with them. I went an extra step and purchased the wiring harness for the factory alarm (but not the alarm itself) so they had the right connectors etc. for the car's harness.

He's done three of my cars(top of the line cliffords which are harder to install) and several of my friends and no problems.
I've know him since middle school and he does one of the cleanest installs out there!!!

Make sure you only talk to him because they have a few installers there.

Tell him Kham recomended you.

whoever you use just wanted to mention that i've been very happy with a clifford system that uses your existing keyless entry system / remote as I like using the honda remote instead of one of the sometimes cheesy looking remotes supplied by the alarm companies.
