Aftermarket Exhaust

Aftermarket Exhaust
So, I've had my 2004 S2k for about a couple of years but just started now to modify it and I am thinking about what would be a good exhaust system to put in? I don't want to spend a boatload of ca$h, so I would say i'm looking for something that would add just about the right type of umph! to the car a lil bit of added HP and deeper noise a bit, i'm not planning to take the car to a track or go crazy racing somewhere, basically my theme for it is just to look good and drive a bit better, kinda new to the whole tuning of an S2000 so any help would be highly appreciated thanks.

Show up to a Friday night Milpitas meet, and get a sampling of the different exhausts avaible for the S. It's really had to suggest the perfect one for you. You can try listening on youtube. Your best bet to save cash is to buy a used on. Keep on CraigsList and the Bay Area FS forms, and you will find one before you know it.
I say get a comptech (CT Engineering)!

If you want the best bang for your buck do this. Intake, high flow cat and a tune. I've went through 6-7 exhaust systems and they don't do much unless you are forced induction. With an intake, hfc (w/stock exhaust) and a tune you'll definitely feel a difference (20-30whp in the mid, close #'s for tq) without attracting attention from the cops.

Sounds like the Fujitsubo Legalis or Comptech might be right up your alley.
