Asura does fantastic work and just opened up his shop! Unfortunately the shop is in Socal... but he is up here very frequently. He will be in the bay area late this weekend (I believe).

Those guys do great tunes. They have tuned high HP cars and tunes. They can setup your EMS and everything, street tuning, ect. Let me know if you need more info. I can show you a few dyno sheets if you like.
