Advice: Shops who can apply pinstripping to wheels
I'm sure many of you have seen it done on cars and some mrf.'s even offer it as standard on their wheels but most are painted on there.
Talking to some socal guys and they said some hot rod shops can apply the colored pinstripping to the wheels. This way it can be removed if you don't like it.
Does anyone know of a bay area decal shop or store that can do the actual work for me?
I want to experiment with a few colors.....found this site that sells 150ft rolls of 1/4" tape for about $28 bucks....

If anyone else is curious in trying this let me know. Goin to order some red and yellow to see how it looks.
thanks
rick

Yea buying the tape is the easy part since I found that stuff online but I'm sure it takes some MAD steady hands to apply it correctly. Sorta like window tint in that the material is cheap but finding a good installer is crucial.
I'm looking for a shop that can actually apply it for me on my wheels as I don't think it would look too hot if I did it myself.
This is what I had in mind:
onto this car.....
thanks for all the help,
rick

Rich: I was thinking lowrider shops and hot rod places but don't know of any around the norcal area. I have not seen a single lowrider since I moved out here....gotta be some in San Jose
