8/9/05 IT'S ON: Meet, Greet, and Eat
So, I've been on here for a bit, and thought it'd be good to put a mini-event together.
One of my favorite places to get grub is at the House of Falafel in Cupertino. It's Mediterranean cuisine; Falafel, Hummus, Tabbouleh, Shewarma (Chicken or Lamb).
The dishes range from $5-$12. A $6 Chicken Shewarma Wrap is a good meal, and for $9.99, the Lamb plate will be more food than most people can eat. Oh yeah, it's pretty much a buy-your-own place with about 20 chairs and some outdoor seating too.
Time: August 9 @ 7:30 (and yes, it's ok to function on S2K time)

I've never heard of the House of Falafel. Isn't falafel what O'reilly was talking to his producer about on the phone when he got sued?
Do they have good steak?
This looks like it's 8 mi away from my work. If it goes through, and I go into work late, it could work out.
