If Kobe gets acquitted, I still don't think he'll be back with the Lakers. Kobe wants to be the #1 option and he'll never be that with Shaq. If Phil leaves where does that leave Shaq? The triangle suits him perfectly and just last year he said he didn't want to play for anyone but Phil.
Sign Kobe and trade Shaq? Lose Kobe and maybe lose Shaq next year?

if I had to choose one, keep shaq and dump kobe. shaq has a much bigger impact on the team than kobe. put shaq on a team like the warriors and I bet the warriors will break their 10(?) year playoff drought. put kobe on the team, I'm not convinced. either way, definitely dump the others like rick fox.
