$50 to the first person...
I just bought a new dishwasher from GE (General Electric). There is a rebate available to anyone who purchased my model of dishwasher as an upgrade from a previously recalled GE dishwasher model that falls under a certain list. I am actually upgrading from a GE, but my older model isn't on the recall list. Supposedly there are 2.5 million of these dishwashers out there that are being recalled, just not the one I have.
So, my request is that I need a physical dishwasher serial tag sticker off your GE dishwasher IF IT MATCHES THE RECALL REQUIREMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE so I can use it for the recall rebate.
The model number and serial number can be found on your GE dishwasher here....
...and the model number and serial number have to match this list....
That's about it. If you're the first one to give me confirmation that you happen to have one of these recalled dishwashers and if you're willing to peel the sticker off your dishwasher and mail it to me, I'll paypal you $50!
