Default 4 weeks in - accident no.2

I think I may be among the unluckiest S2000 owners..

Week 2 - Hit a deer
Week 3 - Get car back
Week 4 - Yesterday.. Get hit by an uninsured non English speaking lady with no license driving someone else's car.. She goes through a red and was even looking at me! I was looking right at her when I saw her coming and she looked very happy just to drive into me instead of braking.. Then offers me $2000 (right) for smashing in the passenger door and all the way back. Car is drivable if you have go 5mph with someone walking in front of you with a flag. It looks very expensive so I just hope my insurance covers this.

Anyone selling a Hummer?

That sucks! I'm sorry to hear that...

Did you call the police? You probably have recourse against the insurance of the car's owner since she was uninsured...

Yes, if the car was insured, then the owner's insurance will kick-in as long as the owner gave her permission to drive the car (i.e. it was not stolen).

I was rear-ended in my Jeep in 98 ( > $20K in damage... totally rebuilt everything behind the driver seat) and the driver that hit me was driving someone else's car. The driver was uninsured, but the car owner's insurance covered the damage, my rental 4WD, as well as medical and pain/suffering for one of my passengers.
