Membership isn't needed to run? Check this out.

"Only participating GGLC members can register during first week of registration. Club members are also given preference on the waitlist.

Click here to register on the motorsport reg site at The cost is $50 for members and $57 for non-members."

The problem is they usually fill up super fast, I've had a credit with them for a year because I haven't been able to register because it fills up so quick.

Correct, membership is not required. But without out it, you risk a good chance it will be full, by the time you have an oppertunity to sign up. And if you go to a few events a year the membership like pays for itself.

Ah. Thanks for clearing that up guys. I'll send out my membership letter tomorrow then. I just hope they'll still have space when I'm approved.

The first 4 runs were meh, I was getting understeer and oversteer everywhere, not sure what was going on -- but I was likely driving the car too hard is my guess. The 6 fun-runs were pretty awesome, even though I fell asleep in the sun -- and got burned -- with sunglasses on. Maybe I needed that nap and food because I was pretty refreshed after and knocked off a second and a half off my times.
