Bryan, did you figure out what was knocking?
You guys were busy to say the least glad the car is coming along. Try going softer on the front bar with no rear bar especially if your only complaint about no rear bar is that it pushes.

there's not a good place to mount it in my car. we had it mounted behind me on the passenger rear window... but all you see is my big ol head and the headrest =P

blue tried mounting it down from the sunroof, but all you see is the rearview mirror. the back windshield is too far. we even took out the cover for my alarm and tried to mount it to the roof, but it wasn't strong enough and had a lot of shaking. i'm just going to use my point & shoot mounted to the windshield or on top of the sunroof (where it was at autox) when i'm at the track until i find another mount. i think the best would be to get the headrest mount...

headrest mount would be the best option. Just let me know if you need to use the mount again.

Yeah, It was the bogus endlinks that Saner provides with the swaybar. The endlink stud is a smaller diameter than the holes in both the swaybar and the control arm. The guy that I bought the bar off of sent me both sets of endlinks but I just installed the wrong set. I installed the other set of endlinks and drove the car up in the mountains of C.V. and out to Livermore yesterday and no noise what so ever.

I like the idea of going to a softer bar in the front, but I'm getting to to much roll as its with the softer spring rates so I'm doing the stiffer front bar and reconnect the rear for now. I do want to go with stiffer springs on the KW's. I'm going to PM Billy Johnson about the valving in the shocks and see what spring rates I can go to.

He'll most likely tell you 671.
I've heard of people running more but you risk springing a leak. I guess the seals just can't take the extra force.

Glad you got the knock resolved easily

Hmmm, That's food for thought. I tried PM'ing him and his inbox is full, guess I could through the 650's in there and see how it goes.

650's will be fine I think running 8-900 is what does them in quickly.
I'll email him and let him know but the last time I emailed him I never heard back? I'll let you know if he responds.
