Pricing, Specs, and the car in Blue (IWSTI.com)

I had an '04, and I miss it. I'm not sure who beat the designer with an ugly stick, followed by the '03 Ford Focus 2 Dr Hatch stick, then finished up with the Mazda 3 Hatch stick... but I guess this thing can perform (?)

Eh.. like the previous generation of the STi.. maybe the new design will grow on me with time.

If anyone got a chance to drive the 08 WRX.. let us know how it felt, specifically the tranny compared to any previous models you may have driven.
08 WRX is a bit sluggish.

The tranny/clutch is the same.

Handling wise, its a bit smarter out of the corner, not as dumb with understeer. But it leans alot.

I test drove an 08 WRX about 6 months ago. Nice car. But the interior is on par with the Celica (same injection plastic that feels like crap).

I maybe wrong on this but I thought the S-AWD that Mitsu has on the EVO combines the electronically cont. all-wheel drive, Active Stability Control, AYC and an Active Center Differential to distribute torque. Since this was all standard, the weight shouldn't be increased from the base weight that was shared earlier in the year. Again, I may have mis understood this since I didn't 'dive' into the EVO Tech to see if that was/was not standard to the US model when the information was first shared.

(The Concept X was a mean lookin functional buger):

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X
Mistubishi Concept-X.
Production October 2007-
Platform Mitsubishi GS platform
Transmission(s) 6-speed twin-clutch gearbox
5-speed manual[8]
Wheelbase 2650 mm (104.3 in)
Length 4530 mm (178.3 in)
Width 1830 mm (72.0 in)
Height 1470 mm (57.8 in)
Curb weight 1537 kg (3388 lb)

For those that are seriously considering the Evo X and the STi, and are hip to some suspension and chassis terminology (or are engineers):

We didn't get the AYC on the Evo9. I heard that we are getting the AYC for the US version of Evo X.
