they should either bring out a TYPE R version. or dont even bring this CR version out and offer the CIVIC type R. they really have issues when it comes to offering america what kind of cars they have in mind.
it reminds me when they brought out the zanari edition of the nsx. nothing really special about it. yet its different to them.

They could have made a real roadster with no top and a zip up tonneau cover like the old MGs or barchettas. That would be more along the purist lines...
Honda knows how to make a hardcore car. They chose not to for whatever reason. To call it a 'Club Racer' is adding salt to the wounds.
Even taking some opinions from all the hoax S2000 R threads would have made a better car...
They only thing pure about this car is that it's pure rice.
