serramonte, arrived for oil change, they told me coupon was no good (fine print) on S2000, i asked why, they said it took different oil, i said, no, then upon checking it takes two extra quarts of oil...but they gave it to me (@39.88)anyway...car ready and perfect after about an hour, i did not wait but came back.....went to parts dept, coupon special 3 oil filters for 15.75, and i bought washers...gave me larger filter and on the car they put smaller filter, go figure that one ???anyway all filters work....and from now on i think i can do my own changes...if oil costs me about 1-1.50 a quart at costco and the filters are 5.75 and you can dispose of the oil free or for about a 2.00 charge then i am way ahead doing it myself...but i wanted to know abouit the service..i bought car there. menlo sales staff does not impress me, been in there a few times...don't know about service...have not tried any others.
