Default 2002 TSB's -Which dealer do you recommend?

I'm planning to pick up a 2002 s2000 later this week. The car is very clean, but the owner didn't know what a TSB was, so I'll need to get them done myself. Can you guys recommend any Honda dealers in the area to get these done? I work near 101/San Antonio and live in San Mateo so anything in between would be convenient. Also, should I try to get them all done at one visit or overtime? Who knows if they'll do a thorough job if I bring a huge list...

Dude, I think I am the only one that has had a bad experience with Menlo Honda. I went there for the clutch buzz tsb. When I got my car back I noticed the interior was kind of dirty, my seats were really smashed, like a really fat person sat in them. It was all wrinkled up and stuff. I keep my seats in really good condition and it was like new when I brought it there. When I got it back it was wrinkled up and stretched.

The next day I washed my car and noticed my front spoiler and bumper is ripped. It appears that someone hit something because I can see yellow paint on the lip. I called Menlo and spoke with the service manager and he said that it could have happend anywhere and there is nothing he can do. Well thats the last time im going there.

If Menlo has been good to you, then keep going there.

I have found Menlo to not be trustworthy. Their work is also not very detail oriented.

Go to Hopkins.

Get the spark plugs done (recall)-up the torque from 12 ft/lb to 18ft/lb.
There are no other major issues on the '02 unless you have
1) clutch decel buzz (you would know)
2) gear grinding- bad synchros- not exactly common, but it has occurred in a few places.

If you have an early '02, oil jet bolts would be nice to upgrade if you are so inclined, but the dealer won't do it under warranty.

Let us know how it goes there. Make sure you write down the mileage, just in case.

Serramonte used to be ok. I went there after they changed staff and the whole new look for the clutch buzz and the service writer says he cant hear the buzz It was loud as hell but he says it is normal and he would not warranty it.
