if there is an optinon to do that then might as well pay the $600. instead of spending the money on getting it back to stock.
if i installed them all then i can remove them all with no paying a shop
then i might get that signed off and put it back again same night
only if i can pass the smoke with cams on
some evo guys saying they have done it and passed the test with gt30r and 272 cams. thats what i have
some people say that i wont be able make it with cams

I find it hard to believe 272 cams would pass. Your car's idle sounded like it was missing a cylinder (but a GOOD missing a cylinder kind of idle). Definitely take it to a test only for a pre-test first!!!

The size of the turbo doesn't matter for the "smoke" test (we call it "emissions" test)... you never idle the car past 2500rpms for AWD cars.

one guy from evo forums told me that he had his injectors, fuel pump , and gt30r as well as the 272 cams and he passed with good colors.
let me see the fine and then decide
ill be most likely removing them after seeing the fine , i bet

Everyone down here that I talked to about it said you're better off just paying the fine...
Spending the money is easier/cheaper than having everything removed, tested, then reinstalled
