15k service:
Replace engine oil
Replace oil filter
Check tire inflation and condition
Inspect front and rear brakes
Check parking brake adjustment
Inspect tie rod ends, steering gear box and boots
Inspect suspension components
Inspect driveshaft boots
Inspect brake hoses and lines (including ABS)
Check all fluid levels, condition of fluids, and check for leaks
Inspect exhaust system
Inspect fuel lines and connections
Basically what you get is a very expensive oil and filter change as there is absolutely nothing to tune on this car at 15k miles.

These cars do NOT require a valve adjustment until 50-100k miles unless they are noisy. Keep in mind, DOHC multi-valve engines do make some noise, it is normal. Valves are not something you would typically adjust at 15k miles unless you entered a 12 hour endurance race or something.
The 15k service is primarily an oil and filter change plus several visual inspections that you could yourself.
