Yeah, you dont want 2 points & a suspended license will grant you a SR22 requirement which = more money. Your insurance is going to fly out of the roof with the points + SR22!
2 points + SR22 is the equivalent of a 1st DUI

Yes, the judge can change the infraction and turn it into a felony if he so pleases. My judge was going back and forth on whether or not he was going to do it or not. In the end, he showed me pity and left it as a 2pt violation + infraction. I don't recommend doing what I did and leaving it to chance.
Btw, $800+ fine sounds more accurate than the $400-$500 that some of you have stated. I don't recall the exact amount for mine, but it was definitely more or less around the $800 range.

I just look at the ticket that I have in my hand, I look at the section says, RADAR/LIDAR UNIT/ PATROL VEHICLE NO : it says N/A and patrol vehicle no does this mean he didnt clock me ?

An SR22 Form Filing is an endorsement that is added to your Auto Insurance Policy that informs the department of Motor Vehicles that you are in compliance with at least the state's minimum requirements for Auto insurance. The primary reason an SR22 Filing is ordered is due to the driver's already having been convicted of a serious violation.
