I got a 125mph on 101 about 11 years ago at 5am coming back from the old milpitas street races. No impound no felony. Just a big fine and two points ( non traffic school) and one month suspension from both the judge and the DMV. No lawyer used. I got booted off state farm immediately and was an assigned risk driver. I think it took 5-7 years for the points to come off.

Needless to say "casual speeding" is not where you want to get caught.

Why did you stop? If I'm doing 165mph and I get caught there's no way I'm not gonna getaway.
Also, he throws my keys on the ground I throw him a punch on his teeth. Sorry

Sounds like reckless driving (gross misdemeanor charge) and SR22 insurance.

Nope...not reckless driving and not a misdemeanor just as I said a fine a suspension and the special insurance status. Insurance companies have to take on a certain proportion or percentage of these types of risky drivers by law so it's pretty easy (and expensive) to find a replacement coverage if your insurance gives you the boot.

1. Don't insult.
2. I don't care. The cop represents the law. Not me. He's not entitled to act as if it was personal and throw my keys on the ground / on the grass / in the toilet. If he makes it become personal and I'm already about to go to jail he's gonna loose his teeth. That's how I see it
