There are lawyers that specifically do traffic offenses. I'd recommend you get one. This can have restrictions on your license put on by the judge, actually at that speed you might see one.

I think over 100 is a felony. You dont want that at all. Get a lawyer if youre unsure, it will be worth it in the end as money comes & goes but felony charges are with you til the end.

I think we'd all be smart to take a lesson from this thread even if there has not been a conclusion yet. Sometimes I find myself nailing triple digits on 280n heading home in the middle of the night, and to have to go through ALL This, would drive me crazy.

Ill be honest, Ive done 109 before too, but in the new 2011 camry...it was so quiet ):
Anyway. I got a lawyer, and I pretty much stalled it out, where the cop just gave up the ticket, sometimes when a cop sees that you put up a fight hell just give up, since hes gotten so many other people for his quota already....
