I'll take one of each, s5 certainly looks good too. New m3 could have been little bit more aggressive and its side mirrors are urgly, hope they don't put that on production car, hope the new m3 price won't jump too much in case I want one in future.

i think i'd take the Audi. As much as i like BMW's the Audi has a bit more flair than the M does in this case. The has developed into something different than its roots of a powerful sleeper car to one that is too showy. No need to be pretentious when youare that good.
