'03 S2K weird flapping noise?
Hope you all can point me in the right direction...
Lately, I been noticing a weird flapping noise after my car has been driven for like a minute. It happens mainly when I turn on my car after it being warmed up and driven around a bit, but now, its starting to make this noise as i'm driving. What i've noticed is that it usually kicks in around the 2k-35K RPM range and especially when i'm downshifting.
It's really hard to get a video of it since it only happens mainly when i'm in motion, when I start the car, or rarely for a few seconds when i'm idling, but I managed to finally get one as I was in motion. You need a good ear to hear it, but around 3 seconds into the clip, you can hear it from the 3 second to 7 second mark. The rest of the video was me trying to rev the engine again to see if it made the noise but it didn't.

Just a little background on my car, it currently has 88,589 miles on it, already had my valves adjusted at around 67K, had my timing chain tensioner replaced at the same time as the valves, oil changes on the regular.
I wanted to get your guys opinion before I take it to a mechanic so I don't get ripped off so your help would be awesome much appreciated.
Thanks!

I take my car to a Honda/Acura specialist called "Acur-it" in Rohnert Park and they have treated me pretty well so far. I would just rather provide them with more information with what it could possibly be instead of having them search for it on their own and add more time looking for the problem which means more $$$
I'm almost thinking it could possibly be a worn out bearing in the transmission?? I hope to god it isn't...
