Rob, that Prelude just got a new owner. No door mirrors, just 3" concave ones clamped to the rollbar. Worked well for the original builder/owner not so with the latter. I agree that was sketch and I've made a note of it and contacted the driver.

Mac's 2:06 and 2:05 run. Rob (maxrev) makes a cameo appearance. the passenger was Dave's (thateguhate) wife Val. this was her second time riding as my passenger that day and was having way too much fun. i think both of them might be joining us on the next blacktrax trackday with each driving their own cars.

I was on Star Spec. We ran the Star Spec on the gold wheels and RS3 on the black wheels.

Here's a video from one of the later sessions in the day. My apologies for the poor mounting of the camera. Having moved twice in the past 2 years, I seemed to have lost a lot of my GoPro hardware, so I was relegated to using a handheld on my c-pillar bar. Fastest lap for the day was around a low 2:06, possibly a high 2:05 if I hadn't backed off during the checkered...but having watched some video now, I know where there's still a little bit left on the table. Car needs more camber up front and I have to do something to mitigate the fact that I seem to be swimming in understeer until I trail-brake the snot out of the car. All in all, being the first time driving the car in 2 years, I'm relatively pleased with it and couldn't have had a better group to get back on the track with!

video... your dangling thingie was blocking the view a bit..hehe... and funny you do talk or make noise a lot. Also like your friend's scream and giggle! Mac is fairly quite when he drives hahaRob was faaaaaast!
