With sincere apology, SYTFU 2012 Charity Event has been postponed. We sincerely apologize to those looking forward to attending and for any inconveniences. This last minute postponement of the event was unforeseen as we were notified by the realty group with less than 2 weeks of notice that the fire marshall will not approve the event due to conditions that the realty group cannot met in time. We tried our best working with the realty group to resolve this issue but nothing came to agreement. We had no control of this unforeseen incident. Again, we sincerely apologize for this unfortunate temporary cancellation of a great event that would have benefitted the children hospital of Oakland.

We will post new dates/times/location as soon as we can solidify plans.

Apologies to everyone looking forward to attend this event. I have updated the first post with the official cancellation notice. This unfortunate cancellation was unforeseen. The property management group did not have the hanger cleared by the fire marshall and to make matter worst, we were not notified until a couple days ago. Again, we are sorry if this have caused any inconveniences. We are currently planning a car meet/bbq with free food and drinks on July 7th to make up for this unfortunate cancellation of our event.
