Andy,

You can take Jim & EJ Dwyer off of the list... a series of unfortunate events will keep them from coming along this time.

Update: Move me over to the lame "possible" attendance category. We may be celebrating my wife's birthday then.

I'm interested in more information about how to join for the pre-run event this weekend.

Have we had a Mustang in the pack before? I don't believe we have, I'm thinking that will be the first one I've seen.

Guess we'll see how that live axle does...I'm sure it'll be fine. After all, if a Corolla can hang, a Mustang should be able to as well.
If it's a new 5.0, with a good driver it'll embarrass everyone in all but the tightest, technical twisties. There have only been a handful of cars on the BMT that can hang with one on most tracks.

Also, I don't think that Corolla was fully stock. James is a pretty good driver too, which doesn't hurt.

It looks like we're going to have a good mix of cars this time.
I believe it's the 2011 V6 mustang, which is still fairly fast. It's my buddies wife's car and its an automatic so it'll be interesting to see if they have fun...he races dirtbikes so I'm pretty sure he's more interested in the whole experience than anything else.

To the mention of the Corolla S (James/Shotgunjimmy) , he is an excellent driver, and having been an S2000 owner for some time and BMT participant, he is very familiar with the techniques involved for driving these roads.

BOLD ME!!

Also, what is the t-shirt situation? This will be the 3rd time for a BMT for me. I'm thinking it's t-shirt time.

@ Andy, James was playing trail duty in my group last year, and I'm fairly certain he could have passed me if he wanted to, he's a hell of a driver...

Anyone looking to save some money this BMT? Split rooms with me and my +1 and we'll go half in.
