WTB: Power Steering Unit
deciding to stop spending money on mods and start trying to fix the lil problems on my AP1.. anyway, power steering went out about 6 months ago and never got around to fixing it. brought it to joeys and he couldn't find out what was wrong with it... lookin to find another EPS unit and see if that will solve my problem (crosses fingers).
if it helps at all, here is what happened before/during the time my power steering went out.
jumped a curb and after driving another 100 meters or so, the power steering went out on me. i pulled over, turned the car off, inspected it, and when i turned the car back on, the power steering was back... a few weeks later, it went out on me again, and i did the same thing: inspect the front of the car, turn it back on, and the power steering had come back. it had done this a few more times in the coming weeks, and one day, it just wouldnt come back on... anyone else have any ideas as to what may have happened? thanks in advance!

is this the reel behind the steering wheel? or are you looking for the whole rack and pinon settup? i dont remember if i pulled out the reel when i got my ap2 wheel. if the ap2 untit fits ill check to see if its in the garage for you.

It takes 10 minutes to swap them out, you should swap with a friends EPS and make sure this will solve your problem prior to buying one. Pay attention to the plugs, 2 of them will fit in the wrong location (you can swap them accidentally)
