I have an AP2 V2 w/ Falken ZE912 for sale. Hoping to sell it quickly so I can buy a set of rims that I am eyeing so I will sell the rims with tires for $700.

As much as I would like to upgrade my AP1 16s, I would have a hard time parting with $700 for three curbed rims. No offense, but you may need to drop that price if you expect them to move anytime soon.
Jimbo, if you really want to replace your AP1 with AP2 and you must have mint rims you can go to http://www.handa-accessories.com and get the same AP2 in mint condition for $440.72 a piece or get it from a Honda dealer which will most likely charge you more.
So for a full set of rims with good tires which is less than the cost for 2 mint AP2 rims without tires I think $700 is a fair price. Then again there are always peeps out there who want everything mint which is great but that comes at a higher price.
