It might have more value to the seller because it was never driven a lot and barely has any miles on it, but it's an 01. 9 years old. Less miles gives more value, and it does. But not 3k over it's value.
And a nsx is in another category than a S.

First of all, some of us like silverstone.
And as a reference for the price, there's an 05 NFR with 9k miles on craigslist asking for 21k, but it's been there for almost two months now... Obviously this car is not priced for the average customer. If someone really wants an extremely low mileage car, then they're not gonna care about spending a couple extra grand. But then again those kind of people would probably prefer white or something...
