yes...it does...the title said "COMPTECH Air-intake" ...I dont know why u ask that question. but Yes...I sell the complete set. i took the lit off to shows the filter. no the filter doesnt need to be change...u can take it off and clean it...the dark color because the oil i recently sprays after took it out n clean it...
