AP1 complete engine parting out, some needing work (East Bay)

Engine Block
100,000 (approx), very good shape and clean. Liners no significant marks, nothing you can feel with a finger nail. My mechanic/friend recommended honing with a brush just to clean but says it should be good to go. I think it would be okay to throw pistons right in it. $400 OBO.
