Shoutouts tsukuba_spec, kenny_son, b18c5_eg6, reggiefourplusone, tyler m, speedsyndicate, KJ, chris_lum, hugh@evasive, jtam, smaggs, jwu, kimmy for all the help and needed advice.
I went to pick up my tires. It was about a 2hour drive (total) to pick them up from US shipping depot and drop off at he shop.
Here is the new rubber i'm trying, toyo proxes r1r 255/35/18 all around
mounting tires on corghi tire machine, really cool!!
balancing on the other corghi machine
All the rims are ready to go and transport home!
rear wheels mounted...you can see the slight stretch in tires (255, 10.6 section width, 9.3 tread width on a 10inch rim).
front wheels mounted

**Update Sept 29, 2012 - photoshoot!!!...part 2/2**
It was a huge day for me and I couldn't sleep. I ended up grabbing my camera and shooting around 2am while a couple friends tagged along. It's now 445am and I need to sleep haha.
It rained earlier in Vancouver so I got to test the tires out. Overall I'm pretty happy with them even without pushing the car. Great grip in wet/moist conditions and the steering response feels nice. I had to try harder to break the rear tires loose vs the RE-11. Also, they are noisier than the RE-11 but that doesn't bother me. Don't take my word for it, I am no tire expert
Next plans:
as mentioned, I want to match the clearance on the rears with front without impacting 1/4inch rake too much.
Really like this shot!
Concave mmmm
Buddies that kept me company
black centipede!!!
Canadian tire
Really digging the meaty front tires!!
What do you guys think? Thanks for sticking with me throughout the years.

Next plans:
- lower the damn car!!! (gonna have to play around with the fenders during winter)
- voltex high stands in the works
- Going to jack up rear end tomorrow and lower the rear
- Front sway bar and learn how to drive non-staggered
- Save up for suspension goodies (RCA/BSK/new coils)
- Winter project: change all fluids, rotors, pads and hope to get some track days this year. $250+ for 1-day track fees is brutal and makes it hard to go.
- Try to quiet down the ASM exhaust somehow. The charger loves getting black flags.
- Cage.....steering wheel.....???

Amazing as usual Vinny, PBOI showed me a photo of his car on your computer the other day. Got me thinking about how awesome a shoot of you two would be. Too bad we're in different continents
