i'm not sure. My friend has printed some wheels for me using a Makerbot that uses PLA filament, but it came out kinda rough. Not sure if it's due to the printer or material. I just need something that won't collapse under the weight of a diecast car lol If you can get the wheel diameter around 1 1/16" that would be perfect!

Yeah for a part that small it will likely need to be printed with a higher end printer to get a nice result. You mean 1 1/16" width or diameter? 1 1/16" diameter seems pretty tiny.
