Maintaining the fluid is key to not having to replace the clutch master. On a low mileage car (under a 100k) you can just flush the fluid and the leak stops.

The fluid gets dirty from pulling in unfiltered air when you push the clutch in.

Glad you got it fixed be sure to continue maintaining it. Happy

Yeah I noticed while reading up about it that this was likely what was happening. I think it is just a matter of the fluid getting really bad and lots of air built up in it and starting some minor leaking. Any idea how often you replace your clutch fluid? It is nice because flushing it all out doesn't take much fluid at all. I felt like at the track (Laguna) I could feel the fluid getting worse and worse throughout the day actually. Should of flushed it all out right after that.

I flush it completely out when I do my brakes but I also suck the fluid out if the reservoir every now and then just to help keep it clean. Don't really have any schedule, also save your leftover fancy fluid for this task

BTW location Mt. Flatline?

Mt. 'blank', Mt. (insert mountain name here).

Yeah I plan to do the fresh fluid in reservoir whenever it starts to get dirty. Another benefit of the Project µ fluid is it's bright ass green color.

It rained in Walnut Creek today. Did it rain on "that" mountain?

It was pretty damp a day ago at Mt. __________. But only at the top from the fog monster. You know what though, P____ Rd is really fun during the day in the dry. Such a high speed but narrow road. And they fixed the worst bump on the road.

Drop top tree top.

also..

Autonomous Touge Monster. Google self-driving car learning the touge. Faster than many of the people out driving the mountains after midnight. (I wish I was kidding...) I did my best to teach his little LiDAR brain the best lines down hill.
