The Ballade rails technically are dual locking in that each side of the rail locks independently of the other, but of course it comes with the handle that connects each side together. I actually had to spread the handle apart a little so there was a bit more tension in it when installed. Probably due to the Pole Positions being a little wider than other seats. I did notice that these rails can be adjusted in finer increments than the OEM seat.

The rails are still working great for me, really the only thing I wish was possible would be buying only the parts I need to install bucket seats. I don't see myself ever wanting to install a reclinable seat.

I did ask alex about getting only the correct hardware for the seat id be using and he said eliminating the reclining hardware from the kit wouldn't make a dent in the price at all so its not an option. O well. Wasteful nation we are

I imagine it could be done cheaper but they just don't want to because its a change of the product and could potentially drop profits.

They probably just have everything packaged up as a kit ready to go and don't want to have their manufacturer repackage a bunch of stuff. Who knows.
